  • Real estate sales: commercial and residential
  • Real estate sales: off-the-plan property
  • Stock and station agent
  • Any marketing or advertising services with respect to the above
  • Any other real estate services as defined by any Australian state-based real estate institute or any Australian-based strata management professional body; and
  • Any other services specifically agreed to by Us and stated in the Schedule
